HG Silver Plating Polish

All silver plated articles, from candelabras to jewellery, where the silver layer is damaged or worn thin, can now be quickly and simply re-plated either partially or completely with HG Hagesan Silver Plating Polish.

HG Silver Plating Polish actually contains real silver. HG Silver Plating Polish can also be used as a polish for worn silver plated articles. Damage marks such as scratches or engraving errors in solid silver articles can be repaired using this unique product.

HG Silver Plating Polish can also be used to silver plate articles made from copper, bronze, brass and nickel.

HG Hagesan Silver Plating Polish Usage Instructions

Directions for use:

Protect the work surfaces with an old cloth or newspaper. Shake the bottle of Silver Plating Polish vigorously before use.

Apply a small amount of HG Silver Plating Polish to the cloth supplied. Then rub it firmly onto the surface to be silver-coated for 15 to 20 seconds. If necessary repeat this treatment several times until the surface is fully coated.

Polishing with HG Silver Plating Polish for just a few seconds is sufficient to obtain a high shine on the sliver or silver-plated object.

Then rub lightly preferably with a HG Silver Shine Cloth or otherwise with a soft, clean and dry cloth. Clean cutlery after treatment in soapy water.

Maintenance of objects treated with HG Silver Plating Polish:

All HG products for silver are suitable, however polishing with HG Silver Plating Polish promotes the durability of silver-plated objects.

Attention: Wear rubber or disposable gloves. Application of Silver Plating Polish on pale brass (zinc percentage >33%) may cause bonding problems. Deep yellow brass is suitable.
