Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
You can pay securely using your credit or debit card .Our payments are powered securely by Paypal® Professional Payments and Elavon Secure Online Payments.
If you prefer to call us (or for us to call you) to collect payment by debit or credit card over the telephone you can call us on 01733 241960 or select that option from the drop down menu when placing your order.
If you prefer to pay by cheque please select that option from the drop down menu when completing the order. An order page will be displayed for you to print and send to us with a cheque made payable to Homecare Essentials.
You can pay cash on collection from us - we will confirm stock availability on receipt of order.

Shipping And Handling
Standard Delivery - Orders under 2kg will be charged at a price based on weight for delivery via Royal Mail. Orders over 2kg are despatched via UK Mail or DPD and charged at a flat rate of between £5.45 - £5.95 including VAT. There is no minimum order value and delivery will be FREE on all orders with a retail value of over £75* (including VAT but not including any delivery charge).
PLEASE NOTE: As we are a VAT registered business all our Shipping Charges are inclusive of VAT.
You can pay cash on collection from us - we will confirm stock availability on receipt of order.
Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery is available on orders received before 3pm subject to stock availability. Orders placed on Friday for this service will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed with this service after 3pm on Friday until 3pm the following Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Where stock is not available for our Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery service you will be informed of the earliest delivery date and refunded the Next Day Additional Premium.

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery is available on orders received on Friday before 3pm subject to stock availability. Where stock is not available for our Guaranteed Saturday Delivery service you will be informed of the earliest delivery date and refunded the Additional Premium.

Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery Before 1pm is available on orders received before 3pm subject to stock availability. Where stock is not available for our Guaranteed Before 11pm service you will be informed of the earliest delivery date and refunded the Additional Premium.

European Deliveries: All EU orders are sent on a by Road Tracked Courier delivery service. We do NOT use Royal Mail Airmail.
Delivery Schedule
IMPORTANT: Delivery of your products should be made within 2-5 working days of purchase.* If an item is out of stock you will be notified and given the option to hold the order till the item is in or you will be able to cancel the item with a full refund of that product.

You will receive e-mail confirmation when your order has been despatched. If the item is via Royal Mail please look out for the package as it may be too big to fit through a letterbox and may need to be collected from your local Post Office or Royal Mail Depot.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
We are VAT registered and all prices displayed are inclusive of VAT @ 20% - your invoice will show this as well as our VAT registration number.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are collected and processed securely by one of the biggest Internet Payment Providers Paypal® Professional Payments and Elavon depending on how you select to pay us. However if you prefer to pay by cheque or to pay by card by telephone please select this option from the drop-down menu when completing the checkout. You can also pay cash on collection from Homecare Essentials.
Guarantee
Please call us on 01733 241960 if you experience any problems with anything that you have purchased.
If the item is damaged or faulty we will cover the cost of returning an item. If however the item is correct and not faulty or damaged we will not cover the cost of returning the item.
Items that have been used cannot be considered for return unless they are faulty or damaged. Any faulty items will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection prior to a refund being agreed.
Non-Delivery of items must be reported to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. All online orders are e-mailed a despatch confirmation to the e-mail address given when the order was placed and all phone orders will be given an indication of expected delivery date when placing the order.
Failure to notify us of a non-receipt of order within 7 days of the expected delivery date may result in any claim being invalid.
