HG Hagesan Colour Intensifier for granite, blue stone and other natural stone types is a professional product which re-enhances the colour of your natural stone and brings it back to life. Moreover this unique composition HG Colour Intensifier impregnates, nourishes and protects the stone against dirt and staining by water or other liquids. HG Colour Intensifier will not make the surface slippery nor will HG Colour Intensifier harm the natural breathing process of the stone. The darker the stone type, the greater the effect of HG Colour Intensifier. HG Colour Intensifier can be buffed to a gloss finished if required. Before using HG Colour Intensifier thoroughly clean the surface, preferably with HG Extreme Power Cleaner (HGP20), so that the surface is entirely clean, free of dust, grease, wax and polish. HG Hagesan Colour Intensifier Usage Instructions Directions for use: 1.Thoroughly clean the surface, preferably with HG Extreme Power Cleaner (HGP20), so that the surface is entirely clean, free of dust, grease, wax and polish. Remove any cement or mortar residues with HG Cement Grout Film Remover (HG Extra) or HG Cement, Mortar and Efflourescence Remover (HG Limex). For marble, Belgian blue stone and other natural stones containing lime use HG Marble Cement and Lime Film Remover. 2. Allow surface to dry for 3 days after doing this. For floors with switched on under-floor heating allow 24 hours to dry. Switch off under-floor heating 12 hours prior to treatment with HG Colour Intensifier. 3. Wear household gloves during application of HG Colour Intensifier. 4. Apply HG Colour Intensifier in a THIN even layer with a clean Non-Fluffy Cloth using a circular motion. For larger areas apply in a THIN even layer of HG Colour Intensifier with a Mohair Paint Roller and then rub in with a clean Non-Fluffy Cloth or with a low speed polishing machine with a lambskin cover. 5. After a maximum of 5-10 minutes the HG Colour Intensifier will have been absorbed into the surface, after this the excess HG Colour Intensifier must be removed extremely thoroughly with a dry cloth (perhaps with the aid of some turpentine). 6. Treatment of very porous surfaces will have to be repeated, until the surface no longer absorbs any HG Colour Intensifier (maximum colour intensity has been reached). 7. If a gloss finish is required then the surface should be buffed (polished) after 30-40 minutes with a clean, dry Non-Fluffy Cloth or with a polishing machine with a white non-woven pad, or with a parquet polisher fitted with felt pads. 8. The treated surface can be used / walked on after 4 hours and can be fully utilised after 3 days. 9. After using HG Colour Intensifier clean the neck and the lid of the bottle well before closing, so that the bottle can be easily opened for further use. Coverage: +/- 100 m² per litre (+/- 25 m² per 250ml), depending on the absorption rate of the natural stone. Maintenance: The floor can be maintained with HG Superfloor Shine Cleaner or HG Marble Wash and Shine. Difficult stains or intensive grime can be removed with HG Polish, Wax and Dirt Remover (HG Remover), HG Extreme Power Cleaner (HGP20) or HG Marble Stripper. For touching up damaged areas (walk-worn patches) and/or scratches HG Colour Intensifier can be applied. Attention: When using the best drying results (and features) are achieved at a temperature of 15-25 ºC and a relative humidity of 50-80%. Good ventilation will improve the drying process. Under less favourable conditions longer drying times will be required. Once dried completely it can only be removed with HG Spot Stain Remover (1:3 solution). Do not apply to polished, glazed or non-absorbent surfaces. Can be used +/- 1 year after opening, if stored in closed packaging. Safety Measures: Cloths used after application can spontaneously combust if put away bundled; dry flat first. Do not expose to fire/heat.
