HG Polish Wax and Dirt Remover

HG Hagesan Polish Wax and Dirt Remover is for intensive (deep) cleaning, removes polish, wax, dirt and oils. HG Polish Wax and Dirt Remover dissolves fat and stubborn dirt.

HG Polish Wax and Dirt Remover is suitable for quarry tiles, victorian tiles, encaustic tiles, flags, old tiled and stone floors and all other non-calcareous natural stone. For marble and other calcareous natural stone please see our Marble Floor Care Range.

HG Polish Wax and Dirt Remover removes old polish such as HG (Satin Gloss Polish) Protective Coating Satin Finish (HGP14) . Great for renovating old tiled and stone floors. Self acting so less hard scrubbing needed. HG Polish Wax and Dirt Remover is low foaming so can be used in scrubbing machines.

For really severe cases of difficult to remove dirt or polish we recommend our strongest cleaner HG Extreme Power Cleaner (HGP20).

For deep oil or grease stains particularly on porous tiles and natural stone we recommend the use of HG Spot Stain Remover or HG Oil and Grease Absorber.

Coverage: 20-40 m² per litre. 100-250 m² where a scrubbing machine is used.

HG Hagesan Polish Wax and Dirt Remover (HG Remover) - Usage Instructions

Directions for use: Use HG Polish Wax and Dirt Remover (HG Remover) to ensure that old floors are perfectly clean before applying a new polish layer such as HG (Satin Gloss Polish) Protective Coating Satin Finish (HGP14) . For deep oil or grease stains particularly on porous tiles and natural stone we recommend the use of HG Spot Stain Remover or HG Oil and Grease Absorber.

For difficult areas and to remove old polish dilute HG Polish Wax and Dirt Remover (HG Remover) with a minimum of 1:4 parts of warm water. In less severe cases dilute HG Polish Wax and Dirt Remover (HG Remover) up to 1:10 with warm water. When a scrubbing machine is used dilute 1:50 up 1:100 depending on degree of dirt.

Apply solution liberally to the floor treating up to 10-15 m² at a time. Leave the solution to work for at least 5-10 minutes. Do not allow the floor to dry out. Scrub the floor and when clean, mop up. Rinse the mop repeatedly. Rinse 2-3 times thoroughly with clean luke warm water afterwards.
