Kontrol Super Streamline MEGA Moisture Absorber Trap Ref: KON18

A Kontrol Super Streamline MEGA Moisture Traphelps reduce the relative humidity in damp rooms to an acceptable level. This helps prevent all the undesirable consequences of high humidity, such as condensation, a musty smell, mould, damp patches, vermin and wood rot.

The Kontrol Super Streamline MEGA Moisture Absorber Trap works on the basis of salt tabz which absorb moisture. The system is noiseless and requires no electricity or batteries. Refill Tabz are available.

The Kontrol Super Streamline MEGA Moisture Absorber is ideal for use in a caravan, boat, shed, cellar, or any of the rooms in a house. Features include locakble lid, easy pour spout and large 2 litre capacity.

Depending on the relative humidity, this Super Streamline MEGA Moisture Absorber with 1kg Refill is effective for 2 to 3 months in a room of 30 cubic metres.

For smaller areas, such as cupboards and wardrobes use our Mini Moisture Absorber.

Kontrol Super Streamline MEGA Moisture Absorber comes supplied with 2 x 500g Kontrol Refill Tabz. However any refill type can be used.

Kontrol Super Streamline MEGA Moisture Absorber

Usage Instructions:

When using your Kontrol Super Streamline MEGA Moisture Absorber for the first time:

1. Unclip spout lock and open jaws of top section.

2. Remove packaging from Tabz and place into round grooves. If refilling with Kontrol Crystals or HG Granules sprinkle required quantity along the vented lid base including into round grooves.

3. Replace lid and reclip spout.

4. Your Kontrol Super Streamline MEGA Moisture Absorber is now activated and ready to use.

5. The Tabz will start to diminish as the absorption process continues - the crystals may first develop a crust as the absorbtion process begins and will dissolve as a liquid solution upon completion.

6. Replace Tabz or other refills when they have dissolved and carefully empty liquid via the integral spout (into drains or lavatory).

Care should be taken when emptying. Spillages should be mopped up immediately with warm soapy water and dried thoroughly. Repeat process if necessary. Dry spillages should be vacuumed up.
